FLYING CRANE QIGONG

The Flying Crane was developed by Master Zhao Jin-Xiang in the late 1970s after the Cultural Revolution. It has quickly become and is still one of the most popular and effective forms of medical Qigong in China. It is practiced by more than 30 million people worldwide.

The Flying Crane is based on Five Chains that mimic the Red Crane, historically revered in China for its longevity, patience and peaceful nature. The movements are easy to learn. You will quickly notice positive changes in all aspects of your health: physical, mental, emotional, spiritual.
