Yoga and meditation practice became a new foundation enabling her to shift the perspective, let go of what doesn't serve anymore and develop greater awareness of the body-mind-heart connections. She offers therapeutic yoga classes where detailed knowledge of the anatomy, physiology and biomechanics leads to a strong focus on alignment and breath awareness.She is certified in Therapeutic Yoga, Hatha Vinyasa, Prenatal and Yin Yoga.
