Ayurvedic massage therapist

Anne Huchette is a therapist and Trainer in Ayurvedic Treatments and Massages. She has been practicing since 2011 and specializes in the practice of Abhyangam-Yogic massage (different from Abhyanga), Navara Khizi pouch massage, Ayurvedic Shirodhara treatment and Nasyam treatment.

It was following a skiing accident in 2010 that Anne felt the need to bring more meaning to her life and turned to Ayurveda, which was a real call, a revelation. Anne first wanted to know more about the human body by following a training in anatomy-physiology-pathology in Geneva from which she graduated (Golden Age Village). It was then, thanks to Ayurveda, that she was able to increase her knowledge of what a Human Being is as a whole, by following training in Ayurvedic treatments and massages in Geneva with Philippe Zemp. Philippe Zemp is an Ayurvedic therapist and trainer, having lived 13 years in India, where he received his education from local Ayurvedic doctors and practitioners.

Convinced by Ayurvedic philosophy to provide a global solution to maintaining or returning to good health and longevity, she has been totally invested for ten years in understanding and practicing Ayurvedic philosophy in these deepest messages, in order to bring for her and her clients a practical application adapted to our Western mode of operation. After studying nutrition, the practice of fasting, but also relational communication, Anne spent a lot of time in Nature in search of our local medicinal plants and their benefits, which she then used in her treatments, preparing its oil macerates and infusions.

Then, she continued her education in India, immersed in the heart of local life in Kerala, it was in an Ayurvedic center, that she learned with the Ayurvedic doctor the knowledge of local Ayurvedic medicinal plants and their benefits, and received teachings on the practice of Yoga. Passionate about the practice of massage, Anne also trained during these years in Balinese massage, Lomi-Lomi and Nuad Thai.

For 10 years, Anne has never ceased to be surprised by the beneficial effects of Ayurvedic treatments and massages on the people she accompanies, it is for this reason that she began to teach her vision of Ayurveda and the care she practices, to perpetuate the teaching she has received.

In 2020, Anne discovers and trains on a new practice which allows her to combine Ayurveda with Chinese medicine, through vibration therapy and the use of tuning forks based on the frequency of the 12 main meridians of acupuncture, to receive all the benefits of acupuncture without the needles.

“When I left to discover Ayurveda, it was to discover myself that I arrived. Ayurveda was a revelation for me to make the most beautiful of journeys, the inner journey, which I wholeheartedly wish for all people who pass through my hands. It is with an iron fist in a velvet glove, that I accompany you to take care of your being as a whole, to release tensions, stress and all feelings of inner malaise, in order to bring more harmony in your daily life. »
