Ayurvedic Medicine

Originally from India, the Ayurvedic medicine is based on the doshas balance. Doshas are 3 types of energy, Vata, Pitta et Kapha, which are each defined by 2 of the 5 ayurvedic elements (water, air, fire, earth and space). Imbalance can be caused by season changes, stress nor toxins absorption. To restore, the treatment usually includes massages with Ayurvedic Oil and a restructuration of your diet with Ayurvedic plants. To measure your state of health, the therapist starts with a pulse diagnosis and the analysis of your lifestyle routine. This first consultation determines your Dosha. The expert then establishes you an Ayurvedic treatment and a “diet guide” adapted to your dosha in order to restore your natural balance and to detoxify your body.
