Hatha yoga class will involve a set of physical postures and breathing techniques, practiced more slowly and with more static posture holds than a Vinyasa flow or Ashtanga class. Practicing hatha yoga will reinforce your equilibrium, flexibility and strength.

OM Chanting

OM Chanting is a group practice that uses the transformative power of the sound OM to activate the self-healing potential of participants. It is a very ancient meditation technique given by the great yogis of the Himalayas.

Ayurveda for menopause

We are happy to introduce to you Vaidya Acharia Naveen Kumar Gupta, expert in Ayurveda with 45 years practicing in India and Europe! Dr Gupta became Vaidya (title in Ayurvedic medicine) at age of 26, and at that moment he was the yangest Vaidya in the world.

Taiji (60min)

Involves a slow sequence of movements according to precise diagrams along with controlled breathing techniques. This discipline is often practiced for its many health benefits, in particular to manage chronic pain syndromes.

Yoga - Back and Abs

Vinyasa Yoga is specifically practiced, through a gentle practice of flowing movements, to help maintain back strength and flexibility. The sequence of yoga poses in this class will help you release tight muscles and alleviate lower back pain.

Pranayama

The term is derived from the Sanskrit, prana, meaning "life force”, and ayama, meaning "extension". Physically, Pranayama techniques can help to effectively utilise and strengthen the whole range of our respiratory organs, and stimulate the parasympathetic system.

Kundalini Yoga

Kundalini represents our creative potential that we all carry within us. Kundalini yoga works to awaken that energy, systematically, pose after pose, along the chakras (main energy points in the body).

Yoga Prenatal

The class is to build strength, stamina and balance through breathing exercises to help support your body as it changes through pregnancy. The teacher will adapt the practice for different trimesters through the modification of all postures. The courses are also ASCA recognized as Yoga.

Yoga Nidra
