All our classes can also be booked as private lessons. To get more information, please contact us.
For people wishing to discover Qigong, Taiji and their benefits, an introductory session (private or in a group) is necessary to integrate the Tuesday and Thursday classes which are already at a more advanced level.
Indeed, for these evenings, it is important to know the basics of the discipline in order to fully enjoy the moment and not to feel lost alongside other participants who have been practicing for a longer time.
To acquire these basics, we encourage you to either join the beginner course to learn at your own pace or to take one or two private sessions in order to progress more quickly one-to-one with our teacher. If you are interested in this option, contact us!
