Yoga is a discipline from India. Its purpose is to bring people together and guide them towards wisdom and spirituality. At TMed, Professor Régine Hebrard teaches this discipline. Régine is a certified and ASCA certified yogathotherapist, she has been teaching since 2009 and has also worked for many years in the banking industry. She will guide you to preserve and increase your health capital by connecting you to your body and your breathing, by exploring your five senses and your inner resources.
Current class : At the moment, Régine offers you a space for gentle mobility in consciousness, pranayama and meditation. This weekly practice takes place every Wednesday from 12:30 p.m. to 1:30 p.m. Join a small confidential group for a tailor-made yoga to let go of physical and mental tensions and cultivate your presence, your focus and your creativity.
Through this class, you discover the steps and main notions of yoga such as Asanas, Mudras, Bandhas and Pranyamas. You also learn the several techniques such as Antar Mouna, Ajapa Japa, Yoga Nidra, Trataka, Vipasana.
