Shirodhara provides deep relaxation, balances the nervous system, and calms the over-excited mind. This treatment is very effective in reducing stress, nervousness and anxiety.
It is recommended to accompany Shirodhara with the Ayurvedic Abhyanga massage or the Kansu bowl foot massage.
The Ayurvedic Shirodhara treatment at TMed is practiced in the Ayurvedic treatment cabinet with a shower and everything you need to cool off after the massage if you wish. We also put the hair dryer at your disposal.
