Foot ayurvedic massage Kansu

Ayurvedic foot massage is performed with the Kansu bowl. The bowl is slowly slid in arabesques over the legs wrapped in ghee (clarified butter).

 

The circular and repetitive movements train the sound that helps calm the mind and regain your inner peace.
