Belly Yoga

Today we know the stomach is our « second brain ». After a year of lockdown, a lack of movements and an anxious atmosphere, some stressful events and the famous holidays dinners, our stomach is willing for one thing, being taken care of !

 

I suggest we take a 100% selfcare break togehter with asanas, kriyas, pranayama, nidra and guided meditation to bring back some consciousness and softness to your second brain, to your belly.


Recommandation : To come fasting and to bring a little snack (like a fruit).
