Satayananda Yoga Nidra (in English) with Aarti Läderach
Yoga Nidra has been proven to be an effective tool in encouraging a deep state of relaxation and bring about a feeling of general calmness. The workshop will allow participants to experience complete physical, mental and emotional relaxation with inner awareness. Yoga Nidra induces a state between sleep and wakefulness that allows us to connect with our inner self and realize our full potential. The workshop uses Satyananda Yoga Nidra™ as a systemic method developed by Swami Satyananda Saraswati (Bihar School of Yoga, India). As a takeaway, the participants will also learn techniques to achieve deep relaxation during breaks at work or before going to sleep.

1. Warm up (Yoga postures)
2. Pranayama (breathing techniques for deep relaxation)
3. Primordial Sounds' Therapy (releasing of built-up tensions)
