Introduction to holistic cleansing (15 mins)

Gentle yoga for cleansing session (40 min)
Guided Breathwork for Detoxification (20 mins)

Self- Acupressure techniques for detox, stress and Balance ( 15 mins)

Sound healing session ( 15 mins)

Guided Meditation  ( 15 mins)

Closing and Integration ( 10 mins)
