Qi Gong for health is an energetic art, originating from an ancestral Chinese discipline, a set of exercises that guide the flow of energy (Qi) in the lymphatic system while working on breathing and the internal organs. It circulates energy along the meridians to nourish the body and calm the mind. We work on the circulation of energy in the meridians linked to the organs of the current season, we activate the acupuncture points, we revitalize the organs for better health.

Dao Yin Qi Gong to soothe the Liver and support the Gallbladder
“Shu Gan Li Dan Gong 舒肝利胆功” is the Qi Gong of wood, of which the liver and gallbladder are its elements. In spring, it is a good time to practice Qi Gong to soothe the liver and support the gallbladder. It helps reharmonize the flow of energy along the liver and gallbladder meridians, and strengthens tendons and muscles. It is composed of a sequence of 8 slow and flexible movements circulating energy in the liver and gallbladder meridians. It’s easy to do and remember. Practicing this Qi Gong is the best way to reduce stress and anger in spring.
