Qi Gong for health is an energetic art, originating from an ancestral Chinese discipline, a set of exercises that guide the flow of energy (Qi) in the lymphatic system while working on breathing and the internal organs. It circulates energy along the meridians to nourish the body and calm the mind. We work on the circulation of energy in the meridians linked to the organs of the current season, we activate the acupuncture points, we revitalize the organs for better health.
Shu Xin Ping Xue Gong舒心平血功
Dao Yin Qi Gong to soothe the Heart and harmonise the Blood
“Shu Xin Ping Xue Gong 舒心平血功” is the Qi Gong of fire which is the element of the heart. It is practiced mainly in summer. This is the best time to relieve the heart and prevent cardiovascular diseases. The exercises are gentle, soothing and graceful, like the silkworm continuously makes silk. The body's meridians circulate well, they also strengthen the body's microcirculation and regulate tension and balance emotions. It is composed of a sequence of 8 slow and flexible movements which activate blood circulation throughout the body. It’s easy to do and remember. The Dao Yin exercises of the heart bring calm to the body and mind.
Badema is a certified Qi Gong teacher and member of the Qi Gong Federation for International Health; disciple of the great master Zhang Guangde and also of traditional Taijiquan. She has won numerous awards in China and also international awards.
