Workshop: Deep relaxation with Yoga and Meditation while creating a connection with oneself (in FR)
The workshop will allow participants to experience complete physical, mental and emotional relaxation with inner awareness. While practicing postures, we will create connection with our emotions, practice an attitude of an observer and cultivate empathy for others and ourselves. These practices are building blocks in creating a powerful positive mindset to further build resilience towards chronic stress and burnout.
Outline of the workshop:
- Warm-up
- Specific Yoga postures to release built-up tensions and emotional hang-ups
- Pranayama (breathing techniques for deep relaxation)
- Yoga Nidra (deep relaxation and guided meditation)
