Self Massage Workshop with Paulina Maliniak
Do you sit many hours by day at desk? Do you hold some stress and tension in your shoulders, jaw, neck, lower back, wrists? Are you wondering if there are some exercises you can easily incorporate into your daily routine to feel much better?
In this self massage and self care workshop you will learn simple, accessible and very effective exercises techniques using different tools like your own hands, tennis/lacrose balls and foam rollers.
In the supporting and nurturing environment, will take time to discover and explore the most suitable variations of the exercises for YOU to adapt them to your body's individual needs, so helpful and essential for your overall health and wellbeing.
At the end of the workshop you will feel your body and mind more alive and free of tension.
We will also discuss how incorrect postural habits (for example text neck syndrome) affect negatively your body. You will walk away from this workshop with more knowledge and motivation as well as with the know-how to release muscle tension anywhere you are.
