Sarah is an Ayurvedic therapist, Atreya Abhyanga method since 2017, graduated from the European Institute of Vedic Studies (EIVS).

She began her studies in 2016 at the European Institute of Vedic Studies (EIVS) based in Montreux, Switzerland. This school was created by Dr. Atreya Smith, Ayurvedic doctor, also author of several books and studies about Ayurveda.

Then she specialized in women's pathologies with Dr. Sankar KP, director of the Ayurtoday clinic in Guruvayur in southern India in 2022.

She also practices localized treatments for imbalances linked to Vata Dosha such as Shirodhara or Shirochampi.
