Lingling YU, Master of pipa (Chinese lute) and Taiji Quan (tai chi) / Qigong, was born in Hangzhou, China. She was a professor of Chinese music at Tsing Hua University in Beijing (1985 - 1997) and is teaching at the Haute Ecole de Musique in Geneva (2016 - today), the teacher of Taiji Quan and Ling Qigong at the EMH in Geneva (2013 - present).
She created a method of exercising though intention and different postures. These exercises are "experiences" of practicing the internal martial arts (Taiji Quan, Meiua Zhuang and Xingyi Zhuang) of Lingling Yu marten. They help to calm, relax and recharge the body energy. They are easy for the beginners.
Experienced Master Lingling Yu has been teaching Taiji and Qigong in China and Switzerland since 1993, the level of his students progressing without pressure, according to his own teaching method.
Since 1989, Lingling YU has been studying traditional Chinese internal martial arts with such great masters as Xiao Qinglin (Taiji Quan Chen style), Yu Zhibo (Taiji Quan Yang and Chen style, Meihua zhuang, Xingyi zhuang and free comba), Liu Gaoming (Taiji Quan Yang style), Wang Zhizhong (Taiji Quan Yang style and Meihua zhuang) and Shen Zhongrun (Taiji quan yang style, and seeks a better balance and well-being.
These exercises bring together two fundamental elements of Chinese philosophy: Yin and Yang.
