Thai massage

Thai massage has two versions, the traditional Thai massage and the Thai massage with oils. Both can be realised for therapeutic nor well-being purposes but each has its specific peculiarities.

Traditional Thai massage

Traditional Thai massage is made on a futon mattress on the floor. It helps to release tensions but also to regain your body flexibility. In order to do that, the therapist work on muscles of your body with slow sliding movements and acupressure. This technique is used to press on energetic points for recovering a good blood circulation and get rid of sticking points. This massage will offer you a deep relaxing sensation physically and mentally.

Traditional Thai massage is highly recommended for relaxing muscles after intense physical effort and for those who tend to have tense muscles. Thai massage is very beneficial to :

  • Relieve back pain
  • Relax tight muscles
  • Relieve headaches
  • Relieve aching pains & muscle soreness
  • Release the stress
  • Release the accumulated tension
  • Regain balance and energy
  • Stimulate blood and lymphatic circulation

Thai massage with oils

Thai massage with oils is done on a regular table massage. The technique uses deep pressure and is based on energetic meridians. By focusing on energetic points, this massage release sticking points and muscles tensions. It also helps to get rid of negative thoughts and to find back your inner peace. Thai massage with essential oils is recommended for therapeutic purposes to treat the following symptoms:
