For 1 pack of plants (300 g) you would need:
- 1 small pot in enamel or terracotta (avoid metal pots)
- 1.5 l of water
Steps to follow:
First you have to soak the plants in 1.5 l of water in the pan for at least 2 hours (preferably overnight).
Step 1
- boil the plants in the soaking water at high temperature for 5 min
- lower the temperature and let it boil at medium temperature for 20 minutes
- drain the liquid and reserve it.
Step 2
- add another 1.5 liters of water and boil the plants at high temperature for 5 minutes
- lower the temperature and let it boil at medium temperature for 25 minutes
- drain the liquid and reserve it.
Step 3
- add another 1.5 liters of water and boil the plants at high temperature for 10 minutes
- lower the temperature and boil at medium temperature for 30-35 minutes
- drain the liquid and reserve it.
Step 4
- mix up the liquids obtained from the 3 previous steps, let it cool down, keep in the fridge in the glass bottle. You will get about 1.5-2 l of mixture.
This mixture needs to be taken as medicine for 3-4 days: 1 cup of lukewarm mixture 3 times a day after meals (need to warm it up before use).
