Recipe according to Chinese Dietetics for Women's Health

To give you an exemple, in this article we present black sesame soup, a recipe that is particularly good for improving female health.

It is recommended to consume this soup few times per week as breakfast meal. Black sesame contains a lot of calcium. As a result, it is particularly good to consume it to prevent osteoporosis, to improve digestion, to lower blood pressure or to slow down the change in hair color. On the other hand, sesame also contains a lot of oil, overconsumption of this product can make your hair greasy.

Ingredients and proportions for 3-4 people

To make this quick and easy recipe, you will need the following ingredients:

  • A small bowl of chopped walnuts
  • A small bowl of black sesame, washed, cooked* and crushed beforehand
  • White flour (one tablespoon per person)
  • Some water

*Advice for cooking the black sesame: in a dry pan, add the black sesame with a little white sesame. Cook it until the white sesame has turned yellow. This means that the black sesame has cooked enough. Mix everything, turn off the heat, let cool and finish by crushing everything until it makes a relatively compact paste.
