TMed is proud to announce the arrival of its new service: dietetic catering: healthy, organic and balanced!
The center has partnered with the Oncle Edouard restaurant (Rue Docteur-Alfred-Vincent 5-7, 1201 Geneva) to create a whole new range of dishes based on Chinese dietetics and Ayurvedic dietetics.
To do this, the Chinese medicine specialist at TMed, Dr. Wemin Zhu, and the Ayurvedic medicine specialist, Vaidya Philip Sajin, developed recipes which they then passed on to Damien, the restaurant's chef, to revisit and adapt them to Uncle Edouard style!
Our dietetic catering service will be available every Friday from October 1st 2021! Meals can be eaten in the restaurant, take out or have it delivered.
In fact, the dishes delivered or taken away are served in jars or crockery returned at 7CHF, which are then collected by the restaurant for reuse.
